Contract made out to my mother in the Falcade area. Personally, negative experience, unfair and unprofessional. External connection work within the property poorly carried out. Find better prices on the market and more favorable treatments. I reserve the star (mandatory) only for the always courteous office staff, but it's not enough.

We have been using this landline and internet service for almost a year for my dad in a very small area not covered by the signal of any telephone operator. But fortunately for about a year they have brought fiber....We are very happy with it. Kind people answer the phone and knowing that, if you need them, they physically have a real location where you can go and talk in person, gives me more confidence. So for now, a highly recommended service!

I do not recommend due to the incompetence and arrogance of some of their workers (they broke third party goods by working without precautions, without signs, endangering road traffic and responding rudely to passers-by for having called them out) and above all due to the indifference of the company itself in not responding to several emails written reporting the damage done (also attaching photos). I would have at least accepted the apologetic response. Again, I don't recommend.

Maximum availability, courtesy and efficiency. But the thing I appreciate most is that I talk to people who are very kind and knowledgeable, and not with recorded messages which, even if you reach them after an ordeal, usually don't give the answers you need. Furthermore, Springo has its headquarters in the province where you can go for any reason. I therefore advise everyone to consider these aspects when looking for a company that provides telephone and/or network services.

I feel satisfied. I have been a customer for a few months. The connection is fast and stable and respects the conditions indicated in the contract. During the installation phase I needed to contact Customer Service and I was assisted by trained and kind staff who quickly processed my requests.

Very quick installation and completed professionally by the team at my residence despite some difficulties that arose during the connection. Always stable line (TIM, with its constant disservices, take note), actual download and upload peaks consistent with the promotional material (measured by a device connected to the router with an Ethernet cable), price in line with the market.

I recently changed provider, however I must say that the coverage is perfect. The network, at least for the moment, is fast and stable, the telephone assistance is top notch even for the antenna configuration and is provided by VoIP telephony. In short, for the moment everything is ok👌👌👍

Not recommended!!!! I have always had reception problems and they have never solved them for me, now they were proposing to move the antenna because it was not working where it was (they had decided where to put it and I paid a lot for this) clearly at my expense!!!! Not honest. After 2 years with the tacit renewal which took place in July I should have stayed with them for another 2 years, in August I gave the cancellation unfortunately not giving the 60 days notice at the end of the contract, I had already paid for a further 6 months which I will not use, I ask for reimbursement and recovery of expenses for paid services that I have not been able to use (in recent months, as per numerous emails sent, the signal was completely absent !!!). They reply that the legal office says that I have no right to anything, on the contrary they very kindly will not charge me the 18 months that I should anticipate!!! Having said that, I believed by trusting a local company to do a good thing, but now NEVER AGAIN only national minimum companies. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINGO beyond the contract which certainly proves them right, unfortunately, humanity and availability are completely absent. All just to make cash!!! Now I have VODAFONE with the new fantastic lines !!!! And less expensive, pity to have wasted time and money !!

I asked Springo to activate the FTTH fiber. As soon as possible they connected me to the Open Fiber network with competence and courtesy. I am very satisfied now I travel with speeds close to 1 Gigabit. Bravo Springo Highly recommended.

Good, fast and precise, they keep what they promise. They managed to supply me with 1 Gbit fiber in a few days, also obtaining the municipal permits for the excavation in the street. Telecom stated that for the moment it was not possible, we had to wait and hope. If I had approached Springo earlier I would not have waited in vain. These are the companies that make a country great.

The service is quite in line with the offer. I saw that in the evening there are not always the contractual 30Mbit, but you can do everything, including streaming. In terms of price, however, it could do a little better. Where I lived before, I had 100Mbit fiber for a few euros less. All in all it is still a good offer.

In the contractual stage they proved to be precise, competent and very fast, within 3 days I signed the contract and received a visit from the technicians to be able to install everything in a clean and efficient way. I have entered into a personalized contract that keeps the promises made in terms of speed, were it not for a technical stability problem that has been going on for 2 weeks now, i.e. from the first day of activation, which does not allow me to take full advantage of my connection . Addition: Within now in the third week of disruption, with zero responses from the technical team who apparently either forgot about the problem or just ignore my constant requests for assistance .... bad ... very bad.

I would like to put less than 1 star because the connection sucks and for the price it should be perfect, the latency varies from 100 to 1000 in less than a second and the speed is never more than 60% of that stated. I don't recommend it to anyone

Unfortunately, I have the service for 25 days and I have already had to contact assistance twice for significant drops in download and upload speed. Normally it already travels at 25-26 mbps and not the promised 30 mbps, but let's say that it is an acceptable reduction and a practice (albeit annoying) widespread in many companies. Twice in the last 15 days the service has dropped below 9 mbps and despite the speed and courtesy of the technical assistance, it is still a matter of staying one or two days with a reduced bandwidth. I will try to ask for the amicable termination of the contract and the expense incurred, hoping for the goodness of the company. Of course, it all depends on the location of the supply and the proximity to the repeaters. I have no doubt that in optimal conditions, the service is efficient, in my case, unfortunately, it is very poor. UPDATE the promised speed of "up to 30 mbps" also includes the speed of zero mbps, so even if I can't surf at different times of the day, everything is fine and the contract is fulfilled. The air network is frequently disturbed by other servers in the province of Treviso, but according to the "assistance" service, everything is fine, and therefore money is lost. Lost time. And I will have to activate another more professional and responsible manager.

Car installed for a week through the kit, which was prepared for me 45 minutes after my request, very simple to assemble, clear instructions and equipped with everything you need. I had difficulty in connecting the antenna to the repeater, due to upstream problems, which were resolved immediately by one of their technicians, with an on-site call and a remote connection. Primo anno una bomba, poi col tempo servizio a dir poco imbarazzante... Connessione altalenante quando va bene, internet inutilizzabile per non parlare di film o YouTube. Contattato assistenza mai risolto il problema. Mi dicono forse problema antenna e orientamento. Controllato tutto ok. (Come può essere un problema hardware se alle tre di notte viaggi a 20 mega e alla mattina, il pomeriggio e la sera 1 mega SE VA BENE???) Ridotti a pagare il servizio e usare l'hot spot del telefono x navigare su Google... Secondo il mio punto di vista ripetitore costipato da troppi utenti. Servizio pessimo. Darò disdetta a giorni.

I just activated the service, and I hope the follow-up is better than the beginning. I asked for self-installation: the key that was supposed to contain the software was empty, which forced the electrician to call customer service and then download and install the software (a good half hour, with his assistant on the roof waiting to point the dish). then at least another half hour to try to point the dish, without success. another phone call to customer service, which said to select a targeting area other than the one the program proposed (......). at that point in 5 minutes everything solved, but I pay an hour with two electricians. I pointed this out to customer service and as a result I got a free month. all very nice, but one month of the basic rate, 26 euros? frankly I'm disappointed. we hope then it goes better.

I've been using this connection since July 9th of this year, and I'm fully satisfied with it! I am "testing" it daily, so far, it has never dropped below 19.5 Giga, of the contractual 20, even when there have been adverse weather conditions. The installation, carried out by two young technicians, professionally trained and extremely polite, required a couple of hours of work, at the end of which, I already had the connection up and running! Ho effettuato l’installazione da una decina di giorni. Ad oggi posso dirmi pienamente soddisfatta: cortesi nel fornire tutte le informazioni richieste, puntuali e professionali nel servizio, connessione stabile e conforme a quanto dichiarato. Ho avuto un problemino nei primissimi giorni (connessione “a singhiozzo”), ma appena segnalato è stato preso in carico e risolto in un paio d’ore, pertanto ho potuto testare ed apprezzare anche la qualità dell’assistenza. Ho scelto Springo principalmente per la volontà di sostenere le imprese locali (cosa in cui credo molto) e quindi, vista la qualità dimostrata, mi sento doppiamente ripagata. Spero che la qualità e la professionalità rimangano invariate nel tempo.

Scrivo a nome di RAM Computers, siamo loro partner per la rivendita della loro connettività e come tali abbiamo voluto installare in prima persona il servizio. Ottima la tempestività dell'installazione (3 giorni) e la costanza del segnale senza alti e bassi. La linea del precedente gestore (sempre wifi) andava in down 4/5 volte al giorno, con Springo riusciamo invece a caricare anche file di backup in cloud di qualche centinaio di GB (150GB in 3 giorni). Al di fuori di questo, ho testato anche il supporto tecnico attivo dalle 7:30 (ottimo per chi comincia alle 08:00) peccato per che non ci sia il sabato, sarebbe stato comodo per tutte le attività aperte. Consiglio cmq il servizio e se vi va di testarlo passate pure presso il nostro punto vendita di Campo San Pietro - Borgo Valbelluna. Abbiamo a disposizione in pronta consegna anche il kit per l'autoinstallazione .

Stufo delle promessi di Tim e altri operatori ho cercato un'alternativa valida. Scartati vari operatori radio con ripetitori sul Nevegal (località già sovrassatura di onde radio) ho finalmente trovato Springo con ripetitori sul Pizzocco. Linea 30dwn/4upl stabile e banda sufficiente a tutte le ore del giorno. Anche in questi giorni difficili con i miei 2 figli studenti collegati in videochat in live con la scuola ed io in telelavoro non ho mai avuto problemi. La sera anche con 2 programmi in streaming mai avuto problemi. Dopo 2 mesi dall'attivazione posso definirmi cliente soddisfatto.

Connessione veramente scadente.... va a 6 mega al posto dei 20 promessi e 0.30 di upload (pochissimo per stremmare su piattaforme come Twitch o YouTube) ..... Per caricare un video whatsapp di un minuto c’è ne ha messi 7, solo per far capire la lentezza.

dopo 1 anno con springo,premetto che ho fatto un contratto annuale con tanto di richiesta per l utilizzo di giochi online,non mi hanno ancora risolto il problema,al rinnovo del contratto annuale ho esternato il mio disappunto e mi son ritrovato con la velocità dimezzata,contattati e ricontattati mi an detto risolviamo il problema,verrà ricontattato....son passate 2 settimane e non ho sentito nessuno,un tecnico mi ha chiamato per sbaglio,mi ha risposto scortesemente e mi ha messo giù...probabilmente non riescono a giustificare il problema e risolverlo....dopo un anno e rotti,pagamento annuale effettuato sono al punto d inizio.....non un mese...UN ANNO....io mi vergognerei un pochino.....resto sempre in attesa di un riscontro....un utenze abbastanza stufo,per film e quant altro ho gia detto a loro che non ci son problemi,pago per connessione 30 e 4......

Un azienda seria, specializzata e con parecchie skill nel settore. Non lasciano nulla al caso, nemmeno la richiesta più banale. Il servizio è perfetto, una volta effettuata l'installazione (o tramite loro tecnico o direttamente se si è esperti), allineata la parabola, si può godere di un segnale costante anche nel caso di brutto tempo. Ho un contratto di 30Mb in download e 4Mb in upload e devo dire che sono pienamente rispettati e io soddisfatto. Il tutto a distanza di 2 anni di contratto. Consiglio vivamente tale fornitore, locale (aspetto importantissimo) e con assistenza diretta oltre che immediata.

Premetto di essere un cliente "acquisito" da altra società, ma dopo un inizio un po' problematico non creato da Springo in merito alla connessione, devo constatare che a seguito di alcuni interventi tecnici i problemi per il momento sono svaniti. Installazione antenna puntuale e precisa, no cavi volanti o cose provvisorie. Servizio clienti molto chiaro e disponibile. Banda attualmente stabile (attivazione avvenuta da pochi giorni, manca la valutazione sul medio-lungo tempo).

Lo consiglio a tutti, non mi ha mai dato nessun problema, è veloce e non rallenta neanche se ci sono più dispositivi connessi contemporaneamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. 5 stelle tutte meritate.

Soddisfattissima, da 1 a 30 MB il salto è stato notevole. Connessione stabile con pc, tv e più cellulari contemporaneamente. Al momento nessun disservizio ma nel caso so di poter contare su un'assistenza reale. Non ha prezzo, grazie.

GRANDE SCORRETTEZZA fare un contratto ad Ottobre 2017 e offrire poi a nuovi clienti, allo steso prezzo, una connessione veloce più del doppio (14 mbs contro i 30 mbs offerti oggi!) e chiedere ai vecchi clienti (vecchi? qualche mese!) di pagare altri 40 euro per avere pari condizioni! Chiedere 40 euro per un solo cambio di impostazione! Altamente sconsigliato! Attenzione perchè i loro contratti vi vincolano per 24 mesi! Ripeto, 40 euro solo per una modifica che si fa in "un minuto" !!! Modifica che porterebbe a pari condizioni tutti i clienti, creando soddisfazione e un buon passaparola, MA SÌ SA, QUANDO C'È LA POSSIBILITÀ DI AVERE ALTRI INTROITI CON LAVORO ZERO...
